Overnight journeys
The Barge Inn, Honeystreet.
Our two-day tours camp beside the Kennet and Avon Canal. Your tent, insulated mat and sleeping bag are waiting; the campsite provides hot showers, toilets, drinking water and the warmth of its historic waterside pub.
Bring
Closed shoes, padded shorts, layers, waterproofs, toiletries, refillable bottle and medication.
Wear
Padded shorts, grippy closed shoes, breathable layers, waterproof jacket and warm evening layer.
Sleep
Personal toiletries and a small torch. We provide tent, insulated mat and warm sleeping bag.

Expect rapid changes: exposed ridges can feel cool and windy even after a warm valley start.

Use both brakes smoothly, shift before climbs, keep a steady cadence and let your guide choose assistance levels.
