A licensed drone operator follows the group at chosen points along the route — the barrows, the escarpment, the long white tracks — and cuts it into a shareable film of your journey, delivered in high definition within ten days. Flown only where permitted and always away from livestock, people and scheduled monuments that restrict flying.

A photographer rides part of the route with the group and delivers a set of edited, print-quality photographs of your riders, the monuments and the camp — yours to keep and use however you like.

We close the departure to other riders so it belongs to your group alone — a birthday, a stag or hen ride, a company day or a family gathering. Start times and stops can be shaped around you.

A furnished canvas bell tent standing ready at The Barge Inn — double bed, king-size duvet, fold-out sofa chair, blankets and lights. We book it, hold it and manage it for you: £108 per tent per night, which is the campsite rate plus our 20% arranging charge. A tent sleeps two, so we price it at £54 a rider; a tent to yourself is charged as two.

We swap your pitch for a room at the inn, subject to availability on your date. Breakfast is included and your kit is moved for you.

An upgraded evening meal cooked over fire — local meat or a full vegetarian spread, sides, pudding — with a guided tasting of four Wiltshire ales or ciders beside the canal.

A vehicle shadows the route carrying bags, spare layers, extra water and a spare e-bike battery, and can pick up any rider who has had enough for the day. On a two-day journey your luggage is waiting at camp.

We collect you and return you afterwards, so nobody has to drive. Pick-up point is confirmed with your booking.

A camera fitted to your helmet or bars for the whole route, cut down into a short highlights film of the descents, the byways and the stones.

A printed topographic map of the exact route you rode with your stops marked, bound with a short book on each monument you visited and your own photographs.

An early guided start so the group reaches the stones at dawn, with flasks of coffee and breakfast carried out to the circle.

After supper we walk towards West Kennet Long Barrow as the light fades. Battery lanterns mark the approach while your guide tells the stories of the people connected with this five-thousand-year-old place. The visit remains outdoors and flame-free, follows site opening rules, and runs only where landowner and heritage permissions allow.

A pitch in the canalside field at The Barge Inn with a tent pitched and ready for you and a sleeping bag laid out inside. This is the standard overnight arrangement on a two-day journey and it costs nothing extra — choose it so we know you are camping with us rather than finding your own bed.

A three-season sleeping bag, liner and insulated mat, freshly laundered and set out in your tent before you arrive. Included with any camping pitch; tick it if you would rather not carry your own.

If you book your own room or campsite we still take the e-bikes into our locked, covered store overnight, charge every battery and hand them back ready to ride in the morning. No charge. Only needed on an overnight journey.
