We take reasonable care to keep tour descriptions, dates, availability, prices, access notes and monument information current. Conditions, rights of way and supplier services can change. A booking confirmation and guide briefing take priority over general website copy.
Acceptable use and account security
Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the website, upload malicious material, scrape personal information, impersonate another person or use another guest’s booking. Keep login details private and report suspected compromise promptly.
Intellectual property
Tangible Tours names, original writing, route interpretation and page design may not be reproduced commercially without permission. Third-party photographs, maps and source material remain the property of their owners and are shown under credited terms.
Website availability and liability
We may suspend or change the website for maintenance, security or operational reasons. We are not responsible for loss caused solely by circumstances outside reasonable control, malicious third-party activity or reliance on general website content instead of a confirmed booking instruction. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
